How we track prices
Things to check before you buy
Look at the total cost, not just the monthly price. A deal with £0 upfront often costs more over the contract than one with a small upfront payment.Check for price rises. Networks must tell you any yearly rises in pounds and pence before you sign. Our totals include the rises retailers have told us about. You’ll need to pass a credit check. Pay monthly contracts include credit for the phone, so the network will check your credit history. How credit checks work Check coverage where you live and work. Smaller networks use one of the big four networks’ masts, so their coverage is the same as that network’s.Keep your number for free. Text PAC to 65075 and give the code to your new network. How to keep your number You can usually change your mind. If you buy online or by phone, you normally have 14 days to cancel.
